How long have you played with us?: two weeks
What is your experience with serious roleplay?: I am VERY experienced in serious rp, having staffed for and played on many servers

You see another player FailRPing(BHopping, other crap-Basically Failing to RolePlay correctly), so what do you do? Someone in another battalion?: Immediatly inform a staff member and order an immediate demotion of the player
Lore knowledge of position trying out for?:Medical commanders are trained to perform well under heavy pressure surgery. Surgery must be performed out on the battlefield and in base, I will ens ure that all medical staff can perform a good medical rp
Lore knowledge of Battalion you will be Commanding
Medical officers are responsible for keeping troopers alive on the battlefield. If it were not for the medical staff all troopers would eventually die.
What is your Commanding style?:
Strict. During downtime we will train medical rp and in combat all troopers will stay with their assigned squads, if this is not done it will lead in a demotion
What skills can you give to your troops/anyone else in this position?:
Will you be active in this position?:

If so, how many hours can you dedicate per week? Day?:
Daily I can offer at least 3-5 hours, weekly I can offer 25
Do you understand that you can be denied for this position, and that rage quitting the server proves any ideas we have about you being immature and basically making our position more based if we deny you the position?: Yes, I do
Do you understand that you can and will be demoted if you do not live up to the expectations of a Commander? Yes, I do
Do you understand that if you are arrogant in any way about your job you will be put back to Marine PVT even if you were anything but when put as the Commander? Yes, I do
Four sentences minimum for why you should be the Commander of this Battalion(May not include anything like “Well you don’t have one” “You need one” or anything of the sorts. Including stupidity and arrogance.): I should be Commander of the medics because I can offer valuable rp training to my soldiers. Promotions will be earned and not freely given to my men, they will have to earn it through serious medical tests and combat performance. I will be evaluating soldiers and will be keeping track of their performance in a google doc. I will also punish any minges or battalion hoppers under my control, I will let soldiers know that there is a zero tolerance policy for any kind of failrp, if I hear something about them failrp’ing I will question them and hear their side of the story.
