For about four days.
What is your experience with serious roleplay?:
Four Halo RP servers, two Star Wars RP servers, and two Military RP servers. So. . . a bit.

You see another player FailRPing(BHopping, other crap-Basically Failing to RolePlay correctly), so what do you do?:
Tell him to stop and tell him that what he is doing is Fail-RP. If I see him/her continuing to FailRP, then I would contact an admin.

Lore knowledge of position trying out for?:
Medics need to able to remain calm and make quick decisions under stressful circumstances and aid whoever is injured to the peak of their ability.

They are responsible for the health and well being of their troops, on and off of the battlefield.
What is your Commanding style?:
I would have a more laid back commanding style, allowing the troops under my command to think on their own feet and find ways to fix problems that some may not think of. That and there's the fact I would most likely send out my medics evenly in squads if the mission calls for the troops to split up and I wouldn't be able to effectively command them from across a town. Do not be mistaken, if someone does make a large mistake, there will be punishments, and if I see one of my medics about to mess something up, I will step in, stop them, and tell them how to correctly handle the situation, as doing something for them teaches them next to nothing, from what I've seeen.
What skills can you give to your troops/anyone else in this position?:
I would be able to provide training and advice to those under my command and to those who would fill my position better.
Will you be active in this position?:
I will be juggling between two servers but I will attempt to be as active as possible.
If so, how many hours can you dedicate per week?:
I will attempt to be active for a minimum of twenty one hours per week, unless something happens that I am unable to control.
Per day?:
I will be on for at least a minimum of three hours a day, unless something happens in real life that stops me from connecting to the server.
Do you understand that you can be denied for this position, and that rage quitting the server proves any ideas we have about you being immature and basically making our position more based if we deny you the position?:
Yes, I understand this completely. If I did end up leaving the server if this was denied, I would not blame you for making that decision.
Do you understand that you can and will be demoted if you do not live up to the expectations of a Commander?
Yes, I do understand.
Do you understand that if you are arrogant in any way about your job you will be put back to Marine PVT even if you were anything but when put as the Commander?
Yes, I do understand, and I will not be arrogant about my position. I reserve the right to call some people special snowflakes, however.

The first reason that I believe I would be fit for this position is that I have been a medic on three servers, and the medic commander on a Halo RP server, so I have some experience with commanding. I've also made a small handbook of basic medical procedures in a google document just so they would have something to reference if they forget something. I will have medical training for the medics, teaching them about new wounds and injuries, and the procedures to cure them. And Miles said that I would make a good medic commander and Karrazim agreed with him and I don't want to be whipped in my sleep.Send help.
