-Made an application and got accepted
-On Probation to be staff, if they do not show potential/good work they may be demoted back to whatever they were
-They should be extremely active and working hard in-game to make sure they reach full Moderator status.
-They should be asking for help from other staff, learning the ropes on how to do their job.
Mod/Moderator

-Like Admin, but few powers
-Should be striving to be good staff like Admins, and Above
-Should be taking the most calls, so as to take the job off the Admins. It allows us to see what they're made of
Admin

-Is a higher rank than Moderator with more powers
-Should be taking calls, but also helping the moderators progress
Superadmin
-----------------
-Not an actual rank that anyone can achieve. Is just there so ULX doesn't kill its self
Head Admin

-Higher than Admin, but below Staff Manager. Can promote people to Moderator, and with permission Admin
Support Team

-Support Team Trainee
--First rank if Accepted to Support Team
--Very little perms on the Forums
--They deal with anything and everything on Forums/TS/Server/Discord unless a higher up is needed
-Support Team
--If they have done well and passed as being a Trainee, they will be promoted to full ST member.
--They still have all the same perms as Trainee
--They deal with everything Trainee's doe
-Senior Support
--This rank is Between Head Admin and Staff Director
--If they have their worth and done everything right they will be promoted
--At the current time Senior Support is able to do anything and everything on the forums.
--They are to assist and support the rest of the support team in anything they need.
--They are to also support and train the Trainee's on there way to Support Team.
--Try to contact them if no Trainee is on and you need something a Support Member cant deal with
-Support Advisor
--He is the guy who does everything for the Head of Support(HoS) before it -has to reach him.
--He is mainly not to be contacted unless Senior Support cant do the task.
--He assist the HoS in promotion from Trainee to Support Team.
-Head of Support
--He is the owner of the Support Team
--He does not deal with small issues, such as rank requests and tag assignments.
--He is the guy who decides what the Support Team needs and gives it.
--He is not to be contacted unless there is nothing anyone(In the entire community) can to about the situation.
--He has full authority to promote and demote members is the Support Team
Staff Director

-Main job is to read applications and hire staff
-They watch over all Staff from HA and below
-Deals mainly with Staff Abuse as-well
Server Manager

-Their main job is to monitor and watch the server, especially when Lykos is AFK or unable to get on
-They can watch all Staff members from Staff Director and below
-If there is a staff abuse,and the Staff Director can't handle it, bring to him
Community Co-Owner

-If something is need to bring to the attention of me, bring it to these guy(s) first
-Handle Promotions up to Staff Director
-May have access to server files to update them
