I have plenty of experience in ULX and on Military Rp.

Explain what FailRP is in detail:
Failrp is when a player ignores something to do with the rp on the server. Such as someone running from a police officer who says stop and tries to arrest them. Or gets back into a car when kicked out or rp wise, Pulled out.
Give one example and how you would deal with it:
Put them back into the situation, such as 1 person running from the officer arresting them or killing the officer arresting them, and have it go the proper way.
Explain what RDM is in detail:
RDM is Random Death Match, When a player kills another without reason.
Give one example and how you would deal with it:
I would warn the player who rdmed, Verbally if the person who was killed agrees to forgive them, or with the !warn command if not forgiven.
Explain what Trolling is in detail:
Trolling is when a player ignores the rp and minges, Such as if I go into a server, and ignores the rules of rp and i do what i want, and i do things such as making my rank Captain and walking around giving people orders.
Give one example and how you would deal with it:
I would warn the person, and if they troll/minge in the sit, i would either 1. Kick them, or 2. Ban them for a day
Explain what PassiveRP is in detail and give an example:
PassiveRP is when you do things like PT and, RP Wise, Cleaning your gun or taking showers etc... Instead of going around and killing people/npcs.
Explain what OOC and IC is in detail:
OOC is the Out of Character chat built into most servers and you can use it to communicate with people out of character. It goes throughout the server. IC is In Character. It is a chat or using your mic to speak with others in character, things used in the IC chats can be used In Character and won't be considered meta-gaming.
How many hours can you dedicate to the server per week approximately?
About 24+ hours weekly.
