You see another player FailRPing(BHopping, other crap-Basically Failing to RolePlay correctly), so what do you do? Someone in another battalion?:
I get them back on track, or tell a CO. If they are in another battalion i will let the nearest NCO or CO of that battalion of the persons FailRP.
Lore knowledge of position trying out for?: I know none of the lore of 17th recon reg, but i know that the NCO's are basically officers in training.

As i stated above, i know none of the lore of the 17th Recon Regiment, But i know what i will be doing as an NCO, and hopefully in the future, CO.
What skills can you give to the troops below you, while in this position?:
I will be giving them training with sniper rifles and combat training.
Will you be active in this position?:
I will be on almost every day.
If so, how many hours can you dedicate per week? Day?:
Almost Every Day unless i am at the gym or out of town.

I was Reccomended by Field Marshal Miles.
Do you understand that you can and will be demoted if you do not live up to the expectations of a NCO?
Yes, I do understand.
Four sentences minimum for why you should be an NCO:
I can help train the people of the 17th Recon Regiment Specially with their marksmanship. I'll also keep them in line and keep them together at times. On certain missions i can give them special spots that will be vital for the survival of the ground team, And i will make sure that they are punished when they break the rules of the 17th Recon Regiment and The Rules of the server.
As NCO you are required to be ready to train a new RCT at a moments notice while on duty at base, do you understand this?:
I understand, I will watch to see how Recruits are trained and make sure i do it properly.
RolePlay to the best of your abilities-Your character calls all the troopers to PT, when halfway through a CO calls everyone to Debrief. You must RP what you would do from the moment you called RP to once you're done speaking in the first minute of Debrief:
CO: Everyone To Debrief!
Me: En-Route To debrief, Sir!
Me: Arrives**
Me: Sir, After this debrief i would like if i can finish the PT before we go on our mission.
CO: Sure, Go ahead and do the PT.
