NCO APPLICATION
Steam ID:
STEAM_0:0:68162752
Steam Name:
|Tf2Ĥãts-ℳ| ❤SonicX❤
In game name:
Charles Johnson
Battalion you are becoming NCO for:
Navy Seal
How long have you played with us?:
Since the old CloneWars server.
What is your experience with serious roleplay?:
I have been roleplaying on serious roleplay servers since early 2014. I have staffed on them and roleplayed on them as a higher up, and low rank.
Age:
I am 17 years of age.
You see another player FailRPing(BHopping, other crap-Basically Failing to RolePlay correctly), so what do you do? Someone in another battalion?:
I report it to a Staff Member and tell them to stop, If they're in another battalion I will report them to their commander as well as still reporting it to a staff member.
Lore knowledge of position trying out for?:
A NCO is basically just another trooper in the battalion that is of high rank who commands and looks over the battalion they're in whenever the commander is not on, or if the commander has commanded them to.
Lore knowledge of Battalion you will be an Officer in:
Navy Seals are a group of elite trooper's which are trained to operate in all environments. (Air, Land, Sea)
What skills can you give to the troops below you, while in this position?:
I can teach them basic knowledge on combat as well as any extra knowledge they need. I can show them how to command and how they should act whenever they reached the rank of NCO as well as how to run a battalion when needed to do so.
Will you be active in this position?:
I have been inactive for awhile I was doing a lot of important things outside the server which required me to focus all of my time onto those things. But I am back now and hopefully without any distractions I am back to being active upon the position of authority.
If so, how many hours can you dedicate per week? Day?:
Their is a total of 168 hours in a week, and I believe I can provide atleast 72 hours a week, that is three total days but I will hopefully be on everyday.
Name of Commander who recommended you for this position(You must have your Battalion Commander's OKAY, and I WILL CHECK WITH THEM):
I do not have a recommendation from the commander in the battalion i'm applying for NCO in but I am sure he would not mind me being one in his battalion.
Do you understand that you can and will be demoted if you do not live up to the expectations of a NCO?
I completely understand.
Four sentences minimum for why you should be an NCO:
I believe I should be NCO because of my commanding experiences is one. Also my mentality to stick to whatever i'm trying to accomplish upon ones lifetime. I have a great personality not that this has anything to do with is but when I say that I mean I know exactly when to get serious whenever its needed. Like when i'm joking around in such , when its time to get serious and cut the joking I know how to stop and get to it. I do talk a lot but I tend to stop whenever Miles screams at me to stop or when a commanding officer gives the command. I can get out of hand every once in awhile but every does its natural. I also have enough patience to deal with a rule breaker, someone failrping acting like a straight minge in any battalion, or training a new recruit that does not know jack squat about how to roleplay. It may be hard to handle and I might not want to handle it but it is my job as a NCO in the Army to do so. If I ever do fail to do so I am down to take any punishment that will be thrown my way, as from having to do PT, or even to being demoted from my rank or kicked out of the battalion itself. It is never good to throw a rage fit after receiving a harsh punishment as it just shows immaturity. Now I still may throw a rage at some punishments as I may think I have done nothing wrong or if its just a complete wrong reason to be punished of the sort.
As NCO you are required to be ready to train a new RCT at a moments notice while on duty at base, do you understand this?:
Yes I do understand this.
RolePlay to the best of your abilities-Your character calls all the troopers to PT, when halfway through a CO calls everyone to Debrief. You must RP what you would do from the moment you called RP to once you're done speaking in the first minute of Debrief:
"Yells over comms: ALL TROOPERS TO THE HIGH WAY THIS INSTANT." "We will now begin our PT session troopers as it is needed daily to stay strong and healthy." "We will sprint 3 laps around this small base area and back understood?" *CO'S COMMS:* " ALL TROOPERS TO DEBRIEFING." "ALRIGHT BOYS ALL ON MY A COMMANDER HAS CALLED US TO DEBRIEF LETS MOVE TO IT BOYS." "Everyone line up in the individual regimental lines and PTS is now active."
What rank are you at time of application creation: I am only a Private.
