NCO APPLICATION
Steam ID:
STEAM_0:0:54169933
Steam Name:
Cosmic Waffle
In game name:
MP PVT Ethan Gold
Battalion you are becoming NCO for:
Military Police
How long have you played with us?:
No exact time, About a month after Halo RP ended
What is your experience with serious roleplay?:
CRG-Halo RP CRG-Military RP
Age:
15
You see another player FailRPing(BHopping, other crap-Basically Failing to RolePlay correctly), so what do you do? Someone in another battalion?:
Get them in check, if it cotinues get a CO or higher rank. If in another battalion I would inform an NCO or CO from that battalion about the problem.
Lore knowledge of position trying out for?:
NCOs are an officer that has not recieved a commision.
Lore knowledge of Battalion you will be an Officer in:
Military Police (MP) are law enforcement that are part of the military of a state.
What skills can you give to the troops below you, while in this position?:
Battle tactics (Breaching a room, how to properly engage a target, etc...)
Will you be active in this position?:
I try to be active as possible, but due to family problems I can be inactive for about a week. (Message me Miles if you want a better explanation for this.)
If so, how many hours can you dedicate per week? Day?:
0-40 hours a week. 0-6 hours a day.
Name of Commander who recommended you for this position(You must have your Battalion Commander's OKAY, and I WILL CHECK WITH THEM):
38th Medic Commander William Jameson
Do you understand that you can and will be demoted if you do not live up to the expectations of a NCO?
Yes
Four sentences minimum for why you should be an NCO:
I can be pretty active every other week on CRG. I have been a NCO for the Marines in CRG's Halo RP. My ability to think under pressure can allow for fast solutioons and fewer casualties. I have an easy time interacting with the troops to keep morale high.
As NCO you are required to be ready to train a new RCT at a moments notice while on duty at base, do you understand this?:
Yes
RolePlay to the best of your abilities-Your character calls all the troopers to PT, when halfway through a CO calls everyone to Debrief. You must RP what you would do from the moment you called RP to once you're done speaking in the first minute of Debrief:
Me: "Alright troops we will run 10 laps arund the base."
CO: *Radio* "All units are to report to debrief."
Me: *Arrives at debrief* "Sir, Permission to finish PTs before we head out on the mission?"
CO: "Permission Granted."
What rank are you at time of application creation: Military Police Private
